- Over time, we have opposed what we see as over‑complex or revenue‑driven licensing schemes (selective, additional, and HMO licensing) while supporting proportionate enforcement against genuinely rogue landlords.
- Campaign activity has included: challenging proposed licensing extensions, providing evidence on cost–benefit for small landlords, and urging councils to work with landlord associations rather than treating all landlords as high‑risk.
